Please review these points before arranging tutoring.
Nature of the service
EDUQLY helps families and tutors connect. Tutor availability, acceptance and learning outcomes are not guaranteed. Families and tutors should assess the suitability of any proposed arrangement.
Fees and agreements
Confirm tuition fees, trial charges, lesson length, payment dates and any EDUQLY commission or service fee before proceeding. Do not assume a trial, replacement or cancellation is free. Agree cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before payment.
Accurate profiles and responsible use
Tutors must provide accurate information and have permission to share uploaded materials. Families should communicate requirements accurately. Do not publish private documents, misleading claims or another person’s contact details without permission.
Learning arrangements
A responsible adult should coordinate tutoring for a child and oversee initial meetings. Communicate concerns promptly. EDUQLY may decline an enquiry or remove a profile that is misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with the service.
